******** ******** ********* ***********

Hi every one this is a short one bit none the less important. I guess the topic
all over is the visit of Murderer Adams to the USA, some of you seem to be a
little angry. Well settle down its not what you all think. For a start Adams
isn't visiting, he has been summoned by Ambassador Richard Haass just as
McGuinness was 2 weeks back. Funny we didn't hear much rambling form Sinn
FEIN/ira after that visit. We all know why of course, Butcher McGuinness had
his knuckles rapped. Back to Adams, we are told that he is going for a
discussion and some fundraising in various places. Now where do you suppose
this PATHETIC information which the media are reporting came from, well I can
tell you as I saw a copy, it came form the Sinn FEIN press office. Now do you
see what I am saying, what else would Adams say. The truth is that he will be
told that he has to do certain things by Ambassador Haass, NO ifs or buts he
will be told that he has to do them.

He will probably meet some individuals and a few dollars but that's the height
of it. Its not a tour or anything like one so dont listen to Adams. You will
see that no City, Officials or Government office invited him or wants him in
the USA, except Hass who obviously has something to say. So please everyone
don't fall for the Sinn Fein/IRA propaganda that the USA loves them, its does
not and that's a fact. The papers print what sells, Sinn Fein/IRA releases
usually do.

So sleep well knowing that Sinn FEIN/ira ARE AS GOOD AS FINISHED, and you will
see in the future that you have the states to thank for it. Many who don't
publicly shout and complain are currently involved in a concerted effort with
others to ensure that they never again can function in any sort of military
way. Till the next time.

Lastly congratulations to the UUP for a change, keep at it, you have many
friends and brothers in the most powerful country in the world, more of it. I'm
just glad you now see the sense in it, oppose and exposé at every opportunity
especially in the USA. Don't forget target the individual, change hearts and
minds the rest will work by its self.

Sinn Fein 'enemy of US interests'

By Sean O'Driscoll in Washington and Chris Thornton

A SENIOR American military adviser has called Sinn Fein "an enemy of United
States interests" as Gerry Adams departed today for a US tour. Richard Perle,
the chairman of the Pentagon's Defence Policy Board, made his comments in
response to a UUP campaign highlighting a Sinn Fein call for a ban on US
warplanes refuelling in Ireland. "I think most people know they are against US
interests, as the IRA are hiring themselves out to any anti-American terrorists
who pay them," Mr Perle said.

His comments showed the pending trial of three IRA suspects in Colombia
continues to have an impact on the thinking of senior administration figures in
Washington. They came as Mr Adams was heading to a Washington meeting with
President George Bush's special envoy on Northern Ireland, Ambassador Richard
Haass. Mr Adams said he would highlight the need for a speedy recovery in the
peace process by restoring the Stormont administration. "We will be saying that
the vacuum which has been created should not be allowed to be protracted," Mr
Adams said. "The vacuum is there because the anchor of the political
institutions had been removed.

"That was a mistake and having accepted that, we now have to rectify that
mistake." Mr Adams will also be attending fundraising functions for Sinn Fein
in the New York area and Canada. The main event will be a $$500 a plate dinner
in New York City later this week. He will follow that with visits to New
Jersey, as a guest of Governor James McGreevy, Montreal and Toronto. Meanwhile,
campaigners for the Colombia trio - Niall Connolly, Martin McCauley and Jim
Monaghan - said they have been moved to a "notorious" jail in Bogota without
warning.

Defence chief says SF 'enemy of US'
Comments follow UUP move in Washington

By Sean O'Driscoll in Washington

THE Pentagon's leading defence adviser has called Sinn Fein's "an enemy of
United States' interests" after receiving one of the party's Press releases
from the Ulster Unionist Party.

Richard Perle, chairman of the Pentagon's Defence Policy Board, made his
comments after the UUP distributed copies of the Sinn Fein release to key US
policy makers in the Pentagon, the State Department and Congress.

The UUP's Washington representive, Anne Smith, said that the Press release
would expose Sinn Fein's real feelings towards the US. In the statement, Sinn
Fein calls on the Irish government to ban Iraq-bound American and British
warships and fighter planes from refuelling in Ireland. Mr Perle told the
Belfast Telegraph that he "didn't give the slightest care" what Sinn Fein
thought, but said nobody should be surprised that they were enemies of the
United States.

"I haven't read this release yet but the Ulster Unionists aren't surprising
anyone," he said. "I wake up every morning with a lot of concerns and Sinn
Fein's position is not one of them. "I think most people know they are against
US interests, as the IRA are hiring themselves out to any anti-American
terrorists who pay them."

Mr Perle, a leading adviser in the Regan administration and now charged with
forming US defence policy around the world, added that Sinn Fein's views were
typical of the organisation and described the division between Sinn Fein and
the IRA as artificial. However, former Irish-American Congressman Bruce
Morrison described the UUP's tactics as "offensive" and accused the party of
launching a "PR War" when they should be concentrating on restoring the
Northern Ireland government. "I skimmed through the Press release this
morning," he said.

"There is a clear implication from this that Sinn Fein are anti-American. They
are against the war on Iraq, but that's nothing more than you hear on the floor
of the Congress. "We worked very hard with President Clinton to bring about the
Good Friday Agreement and it is offensive to suggest that the US cynically
expects those it helps to toe the line on everything we do." The Press
release, entitled 'Sinn Fein Calls on Irish Government to strongly oppose war
on Iraq' was distributed by the UUP on Thursday to members of Congress, leading
staff on Congressional committees, the State Department, the Pentagon,
Irish-American lobby groups and the US press.

In the release, intended by Sinn Fein for the Irish media, the party "calls on
the Irish government to immediately cease the practice of giving permission to
foreign states to refuel, resupply, and train military aircraft in Irish
airports and Irish airspace, and to use Irish seaports for their naval
vessels". Trina Vargo, a former key advisor to Senator Ted Kennedy and now
president of the US-Ireland Alliance, also read the release and said that the
Ulster Unionist Party had every right to bring it to the attention of US policy
makers.
